· Have been engaged as a legal expert for more than 25 years in various enterprises/firms (state-owned, private, foreign and multinational) in both of China and the United States, by taking leader roles as legal adviser, contract director, VP, legal director of China and Asia, etc.
· Have been successfully dealing with bunches of legal issues, cases and projects, such as FDI, ODI, international trade, international transportation, perennial and special legal services, corporate governance & compliance, commercial contract, IPR, employment, IPO, M&A, restructuring, arbitration and litigation, etc.
· From 1997 to 2005, Studied and worked in the United States for 7 and a half years, during that time obtained two master's degrees (one in law (LL.M) and one in computer science), besides also worked in Houston petroleum technology service company and famous law firms.
