“To work simply and to live joyfully” and “health is our responsibility” have always been our philosophy and values. Unlike in the past, organizing group outings for hundreds of fellows is no longer realistic due to the pandemic.
As the number of participants increases, the effect of mutual communication and integration decreases. Therefore, methods including unified management, membership fee(to build public accumulation of the team), subsidized regime(an 1:1 subsidy to membership fee), team autonomy all promote cohesive force and organizing energy of every team on the basis of the original sports team with the style of interest group and provide more lawyers with sense of participation, achievement and belonging.
